By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

This writ petition has been filed to issue a writ of mandamus seeking direction to the respondent to receive the application of the petitioner dated 17.11.2015 in Form CCPA and the prescribed fee for the grant of the autorickshaw permit. 3.Heard the submissions of Mr.K.Hariharan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.RM.Muthukumar, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

4.This Court, taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to receive the application of the petitioner dated 17.11.2015, consider the same and pass appropriate orders for grant of autorickshaw permit, on merits https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
