ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal, dated 21.09.2020 seeking to refix the seniority from the level of Deputy Tahsildar, which was duly recommended by the 3rd respondent vide R.C.Lr.No.A1/20066/2020 dated 19.04.2021 and vide Letter No.Ser.3(1)/14736/2021, dated 14.06.2021 issued by the 2nd respondent based on the education qualification of the petitioner in a time bound period.

2.The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that he has given an application for fixation of correct seniority through proper channel, namely, the 3rd respondent. The 3rd respondent in fact has recommended the same to the 2nd respondent for fixing the seniority. The 2nd respondent has also sought certain clarification which has also been addressed, however, the appeal petition given by the petitioner has not been disposed so far. Hence, seeks direction of this Court to the 2nd respondent for disposing the appeal. 3.Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the entire materials.

4.Considering the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on merits, within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
