ORDER

The matter has been listed under the caption 'for clarification'. This Court, by order dated 19.09.2025 substituted the Sole Arbitrator by appointing a new Arbitrator. It is stated that the entire files are available with the erstwhile Arbitrator and since no specific direction has been issued by this Court to transfer the files to the new Arbitrator, the files continue to be under the control of the erstwhile Arbitrator. Hence, there shall be a direction to the erstwhile Arbitrator viz., Hon'ble Judge Ms.M.Shirija, Senior Civil Judge (Retd.), to hand over the entire case files to the Director of Mediation Centre, who is said to be in charge of the Madras High Court Arbitration Centre, within a period of one (1) week from today.
