The applicants herein are proper and necessary parties, as they are purchasers from other defendants. This court does not decide the title to the property, which the applicants have purchased. However, they can be considered as proper parties, since that too, to avert any potential collusion between the applicants'

vendors and the plaintiff. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the petitioners herein are impleaded as defendants 10 to 13 in the testamentary original suit.

2. It is made clear that the applicants will have the right of cross-examining the plaintiff only in the eventuality of their vendors giving up their contest in the suit.
