Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the third respondent Na.Ka.No.77/2013/A3/Pu.Va.Thi/dated 27.11.2012 and quash the same consequently forbear the respondents 2 to 4 herein from in any manner interfering with the functioning of the petitioner Federation till the term of the elected executive committee comes to an end on 29.10.2013.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the third respondent Na.Ka.No.77/2012/A3/Pu.Va.Thi/dated 27.11.2012 and quash the same consequently forbear the respondents 2 to 4 herein from in any manner interfering with the functioning of the petitioner Federation till the term of the elected executive committee comes to an end on 29.10.2013.

2. Today an order is passed in a connected writ petition No.9982 of 2013, which reads as follows:

"Since the term of the Executive Committee has come to any end, the third respondent is directed to conduct a fresh election in accordance with bye-laws of the petitioner's federation and such exercise shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." In view of the above order, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petitions are closed. No costs.
