The petition in Crl.M.P.No.12887 of 2023 has been filed to extend the time to produce the surety in Crl.O.P.No.16005 of 2023 in the order dated 21.07.2023.

2. The petition in Crl.M.P.No.12888 of 2023 has been filed to modify the bail condition imposed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- in the credit of the Chief Minister's Relief Fund, finance (CMPRF) Department, Government of TamilNadu Secretariat branch, Chennai - 600 009 in Crl.O.P.No.16005 of 2023 in the order dated 21.07.2023.

3. Considering the nature of the offence alleged against the petitioner and the quantity of the liquor said to have been recovered from the petitioner, (i) this Court is not inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, Crl.M.P.No. 12888 of 2023 is dismissed.

(ii) However, Crl.M.P.No.12887 of 2023 is ordered and two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to execute the sureties and to comply with the other conditions as ordered by this Court, from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
