O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to survey and demarcate the petitioner's lands in S.No.57/1B, dry hectare 1.48.0, East-West: 22 links, South-North 812 links, Acre 0.18 lands situated in Krishnagiri District, Krishnagiri Taluk, Puliancheri Village.

According to the petitioners, they purchased the above mentioned land under sale deed dated 13.07.2020 from Dhanaraj and they have been in possession and enjoyment of the same since the date of purchase. He submitted an application before the second respondent for surveying of the land purchased by him which was later on sub divided as S.No.1B1B. E-challan receipt enclosed in the typed set of papers dated 21.06.2024 would indicate the petitioners paid necessary charges for survey of the land.

3. Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, who is taking notice for the respondents would submit that the application of the petitioner for survey of the land would be considered on its own merits within the time fixed by this Court.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to issue direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner dated 21.06.2024 for survey of land in S.No.57/1B, Puliancheri Village, Krishnagiri Taluk and District and pass final orders on merits within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
