The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner herein, who were the respondents 1 to 3 in the Writ Petition, have complied with the order of the Writ Court and the disbursement is pending on account of the second respondent herein-The Accountant General.

2. In view of the compliance on the part of the petitioners herein, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that they are not pressing the present miscellaneous petition filed to condone the delay in filing the review application.

3. Recording the said submission, the present Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
