ORDER

The petitioner/defacto complainant in Crime No.152 of 2021 has filed this petition seeking to file a final report in the case.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that after investigation, the case has been closed as a mistake of fact on 02.08.2021 and on the same day itself, closure report has been served to the petitioner with the RCS notice. 3.Recording the same, the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to agitate the same in the manner known to law.
