This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner without due process of law. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the petitioner is already facing a Trial before the Sessions Court, Nagapattinam in S.C.No.69 of 2012. If there is any harassment from the police, the petitioner can always bring it to the notice to the concerned Trial Court and the same will be dealt with in accordance with law.

3.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
