This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to S.T.C.No.215 of 2012 pending trial on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court, Wallajapettai in Crime No.555 of 2012, under Sections 294(b), 341, 506(i) of IPC and quash the charge against this petitioner/Accused A2.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.
