ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the application dated 25.07.2012 to regularize the purchase of land under innocent buyers category as sought vide representation dated 06.10.2021.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2021 and pass orders to regularize the purchase of the petitioner's land under the "innocent buyers category", in view of G.O.Ms.No.565, Revenue Department, dated 26.09.2008 and subsequent Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.63, Revenue Department, dated 27.01.2020, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and counter parties if any, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
