The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to consider his representation dated 28.06.2023 and dispose of the same within a time frame fixed by this court. 2.The case of the petitioner is that she is owning house properties bearing D.Nos. 36 to 40, Ward No. 17, Union Tank Road, 2nd Street, Periyanaickenpalayam, Coimbatore District. The petitioner's houses are having water connection provided by the 2nd respondent in connection No. 3532. The petitioner has paid the entire water charges and in spite of repeated request made by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent has not provided water service to the petitioner.

3.In nutshell, it is the case of the petitioner that though the petitioner is provided with water connection, the actual connection is not extended to the petitioner's houses. Therefore, she is not able to get water from the water connection. In this regard, she submitted a representation to the respondents 1 and 2 on 28.06.2023 and the same has not been considered till date. 2/4

4. Mrs.S.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the 1st respondent. Mr.T.Sampath Kumar, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the 2nd respondent.

5.In view of the limited prayer made in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
