2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.178 of 2012 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed in C.C. No.46 of 2013 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam against the petitioner.
