Mrs.Chitra Sampath, learned Senior Counsel representing Ms.K.Aswini Devi, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners do not intend to prosecute the present Civil Revision Petition viz., C.R.P.No.3254 of 2024, as it has been filed, seeking to strike off the execution petition by invoking Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Further, she submitted that the petitioners are satisfied if C.R.P.No.3256 of 2024 is taken up and decided on merits.
