This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.7712 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.9573 of 2023 order dated 13.06.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on alternative Saturday i.e., 1st and 3rd Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 10.08.2023 gd https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
