3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner that due to his illness unable to arrange sureties, time is extended for a period of one month to execute the sureties in Crl.O.P.No.14539 of 2024 dated 24.06.2024.
