and G. ARUL MURUGAN., J (Order of the Court was made by Dr. ANITA SUMANTH., J) This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 136 days for restoration of W.P.No.32914 of 2006 that was disposed on 24.03.2004 for nonappearance of the then counsel.

2. Mr.Ramkumar, appearing for the petitioner would bring it to our notice that nothing survives as far as prayer in writ petition is itself concerned.

3. That apart, we note that this miscellaneous petition, filed in 2012, has been languishing in the Registry thus far without any effort to bring the same up for hearing.

4. We are thus of the view that there is no merit in this matter and in any event, the petitioner has also not evinced any interest in pursuing the same. This petition is thus dismissed.
