The learned counsel for the petitioners states that after the order was passed by this Court on 24.05.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.12409 of 2024, the respondent Police have further altered the FIR under Sections 294(b), 323, 341, 354, 427 of IPC r/w. 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of SC & ST (POA) Amendment Act, 2015. Therefore, he seeks extension of time for the petitioners to surrender before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri. 2.Taking note of the fact that the charge was further altered after the direction of this Court, the time granted to the petitioners to surrender before the Principal Sessions Court, Krishnagiri is extended till 11.09.2024.

3.This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is accordingly ordered.
