The present Application has been filed to permit the applicants to file the affidavit of N.J.Ramesh Raja, S/o.Late N.R.Janakaraja in the original petition in O.P.No.92 of 2022.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the attestors to the Will are no more and the third party, who sought to be examined is the son of the first attestor, the application in A.No.368 of 2025 in O.P.No.92 of 2022 is ordered as prayed for.
