ORDER

This is a case of house breaking and theft of valuables. FIR has been registered in the year 2013 against unknown persons. Even after lapse of 10 years, the respondent police is unable to identify the accused who committed Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.

Crl.O.P.No.22943 of 2023 the offence. Hence, this Petition for a direction to complete the investigation and file a final report.

2. The case of this nature, it is not appropriate for the Court to fix a time for completing the investigation, even after lapse of 10 years, the unknown culprit could not be identified. Hence, it is suffice to direct the respondent Police to constitute a Team to find out the accused and file an interim report about the outcome of the investigation within a period of four months.
