This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2015 in Crl.O.P.No.14847 of 2015 on 31.08.2015 to appear before the respondent Police once in a month i.e on second Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
