JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) In the order passed in W.P.No.24728 of 2013 dated 02.09.2020, which is assailed in the present Writ Appeal, the Management was directed to calculate the pension payable to the deceased respondent from the date of his initial appointment as conductor i.e. from 14.09.1976 to 30.04.2013 after deducting the period from 01.03.1994 to 26.05.1994.

2. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants had produced a revised working sheet setting forth the pension payable to the respondents 2 to 4 herein and a copy of the same has also been served on their learned counsel. Since the order passed in the Writ Petition has now

been complied with, no further orders are required to be passed in this appeal.

3. Accordingly, the appellants are called upon to send the necessary pension proposals to the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation Employees Pension Fund Trust, as expeditiously as possible, in any event within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the proposals, the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation Employees Pension Fund Trust shall forthwith process the same and disburse the pensionary benefits, atleast within a period of four

(4) weeks from the date of receipt of the proposal.

4. The Writ Appeal stands ordered accordingly. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
