This Criminal Original Petition has been filed challenging the First Information Report in Crime No.490 of 2013 pending investigation on the file of first respondent.

2. Heard Mr.S.S.Swaminathan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for first respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in the case was completed and final report was filed before the Metropolitan Magistrate for Exclusive Trial of CCB Cases and CBCID Cases, Egmore, Chennai and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.5950 of 2023.

4. In the light of the above development, there is no question of interfering with the First Information Report at this stage. 2/4
