Crl.M.P.No.11155 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.6913 of 2024 P.DHANABAL,J., This petition has been filed by the petitioner to extend the time for execution of bail bond imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6913 of 2024 dated 10.04.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition that the petitioner is unable to mobilize the funds in time and he is coolie worker, this Court is inclined to extend the time to execute the bail bond.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and further time is extended for one month from today to execute the bail bond imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6913 of 2024 dated 10.04.2024 and no further time will be granted. Failing which, bail already granted to the petitioner shall stand cancelled, automatically.
