This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a criminal case against the offenders as per the complaint of the petitioner dated 29.09.2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.269 of 2021 has been registered for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC and the same is under investigation.
