This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.4765 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.200 of 2022 on 08.04.2022 to report before the Investigating Officer on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the Investigating Officer on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
