O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to respondents to measure and demarcate the land in Survey No.148/6 and 148/10A in Pithur Village, Athur Taluk, Salem District and also fix the boundaries for the said land.

2. According to the petitioner, he has been in possession and enjoyment of the above mentioned land and he submitted a representation on 06.10.2023 for survey of the land. He also paid necessary charges for survey of the land situated in Survey No.148/6 and 148/10A as seen from the E-Challan issued to the petitioner dated 04.10.2023.

3. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered within a time fixed by this Court. 2/4

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.10.2023 and pass final orders on merits within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
