ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed to direct the 2 nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.05.2025, pending on the file of the respondents, for sanction and disbursement of full and regular pension, including the five-year weightage in the petitioner's service period.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has given representation on 19.05.2025 claiming regular pension from the respondents and such representation is yet to be considered by them.

3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate appearing for 1 st and 3 rd respondents and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2 nd respondent would submit that they will consider the petitioner's representation according to its merits.

4. Without going into the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the 2 nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.05.2025 and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
