PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the respondents 2 and 3 Respondent Police to not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry based on the legal notice dated 09.10.2021 given by the Petitioner's advocate.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner based on the legal notice dated 09.10.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that on the complaint given by Paulraj and Suresh, the petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.681 of 2021 and the same was closed on 01.02.2022. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the 3rd respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
