ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondents to admit the petitioner's daughter to 11th Standard in the second respondent school, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that since the relief sought for in this writ petition is related to the academic year 2013-14, which is already over, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and the petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
