This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 12.09.2024 and to conduct enquiry on the affairs of the fourth respondent association.
2. Heard Mr.K.R.Ramesh Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3.
3. It is seen from records that pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner, the third respondent has issued notice to the fourth respondent association on a couple of occasions and it is represented that the association did not respond to any of the notices issued by the third respondent. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the 2/4
case and the grievance expressed by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner after affording opportunity to the fourth respondent and take a final decision within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
