ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 24.09.2021 for the offence under Section 399 of IPC in Cr.No.774 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is alleged to have been preparing to commit dacoity.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioner is history sheeter accused and this is second bail application of the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner and he is a history sheeter accused and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
