2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that on 14.08.2024, this Court directs the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.32,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Two Lakhs Only) to the credit of Crime No.293 of 2024. He further submitted that petitioner has complied the order, to that effect compensation amount deposited slip has been enclosed.

3. In view of the above submissions, the interim bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 14.08.2024 is made absolute.
