Crl.M.P.No.11194 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.12327 of 2024 P. DHANABAL,J., This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders" in Crl.O.P.No.12327 of 2024 dated 23.05.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and there is no previous case pending against the petitioner.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".
