O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) Complaining that the petitioner's daughter Ms.J.Amrin, aged about 19 years had gone missing, the petitioner had given a complaint to the 3rd respondent police which was registered in Crime No.406 of 2025 under the caption 'Woman Missing'. Since there was no sufficient progress in investigation, the Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed. 2.The 3rd respondent herein had secured the petitioner's daughter and produced her before us. The petitioner was also present before us. We had referred both the parties to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, and had passed over the matter. 2/4

Post lunch when this petition was taken up, the parties who appeared before us reported that they have arrived at an amicable settlement, wherein the petitioner's daughter had agreed to reconcile to live with her mother / petitioner.

3.Since the petitioner's grievance has been redressed, no further orders are required in this petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. No costs.
