Crl.M.P.No.18617 of 2023 in SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP, J, This Petition is filed to transpose the above Criminal Revision Case on the file of this Hon'ble High Court against the judgment dated 24.10.2019 passed in Criminal Appeal No.22 of 2018 on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri District, by reversing the judgment passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Dharmapuri District, in S.T.C.No.115 of 2011 dated 30.08.2013.

2. Learned Counsel for the Respondent has no objection.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow the above Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
