Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to seal the premises Plot No.83 situated in K.V.R.Nagar, No.63, Kathirvedu Village, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District and in zone 03, Ward No. 025 of Corporation of Chennai of the 4th respondent and consequently direct the 1st respondent to demolish the illegal constructions and also the constructions encroachments in Plot No. 82 of the petitioner as per Section 244 of Building Regulations of the Chennai City Municipal Corporation Act, 1919.
