This petition is filed to direct the respondent police to comply the order dated 05.10.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16924 of 2021.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police on instructions would submit that in Crime No.94 of 2020, investigation has been completed and charge sheet has already been filed in C.C.No.143 of 2022 on 13.10.2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sriperumbudur.
3. In view of the above, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
