JUDGMENT
(delivered by SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI, J.) With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the writ appeal is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.
2.Assailing the order dated 22 December 2015 made in W.P.No.37526 of 2015, whereby and whereunder, the learned single Judge declined to grant the relief sought for by the appellant/writ petitioner, the present appeal has been filed. 3.The sole grievance of the appellant/writ petitioner is that the appellant/writ petitioner has preferred a miscellaneous petition being M.P.No.3 of 2015, seeking to raise additional grounds and the learned single Judge, without considering the said petition, which was on record, disposed of the writ petition finally.
4.In that view of the matter, we are of the considered view that the petitioner may file a review petition raising the aforestated grounds, if so advised.
5.Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed with the aforestated liberty. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
