Considering the request made by the learned Principal District Judge, Perambalur, by letter dated 06.10.2020, seeking extension of time to dispose of the cases in O.S.Nos.461/1999 and 94/2020 pending on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Perambalur, as per the order passed by this Court in Tr.CMP.Nos.615 and 616/2019 dated 23.09.2019, this Court grants finally four months time to dispose of the matter. It is made clear that no further time extension shall be given.
