This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.20 of 2025 from the file of the Family court at Villupuram and
transfer the same to the Principal Family Court at Chennai, to try along with H.M.O.P.No.1502 of 2025.

Heard Ms.S.Suseela Devi, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent has not chosen to enter appearance despite service of notice. I find that the service of notice has been completed on the respondent and the name of the respondent is also printed in the cause list for list of today's cases. The respondent is called and set ex-parte.

The learned counsel for the petitioner/wife further submits that the respondent/husband filed the petition for divorce in H.M.O.P.No.20 of 2025 on the file of Family Court at Villupuram. The petitioner/wife has also filed a petition in H.M.O.P.No.1502 of 2025 on the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai for restitution of conjugal rights. The learned counsel further would submit that the petitioner is residing at Chennai along with her two children and also working for her livelihood. She is unable to attend the Court proceedings at Villupuram. The petitioner has to travel nearly 200 Kms to reach Villupuram,
which will take minimum 5 hours to travel, since the petitioner opted for public transport.

On perusal of the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to transfer the H.M.O.P.No. 20 of 2025 pending on the file of the Family Court, Villupuram to the Principal Family Court at Chennai to try along with H.M.O.P.No.1502 of 2025.

Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition No.687 of 2025 stands allowed and H.M.O.P.No.20 of 2022 pending on the file of the Family Court, Villupuram is directed to be transferred to the Principal Family Court at Chennai to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.1502 of 2025. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
