The Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking a direction to lock and seal the Zing International Preschool, Chengalpet District, which now runs at No.3/420-A, Old Mahabalipuram Road, Kazhipattur Village, Chengalpet District 603 103.

2. Naturally, the Zing International Preschool, must be heard before any order can be passed. The school had not been made a party to the Writ Petition.

3. By this Writ Miscellaneous Petition, the petitioner seeks to implead the said school.

4. Since the Zing International Preschool, Chengalpet District is necessary and also a proper party to the Writ Petition, the Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
