No. 1681 of 2019 on the file of learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai pending disposal of this Criminal Original Petition and quash the same against the petitioners. 2.There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submits that the petitioners herein were acquitted in C.C.No.1681 of 2019, by the Judgment dated 27.12.2022 on the file of learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai - 600 015. The present quash proceedings has been filed against the said C.C.No.1681 of 2019. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition.
