This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 114 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the impugned Judgment of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magistrate Level -II, Coimbatore in C.C.No.245 of 2022 on 22.11.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 114 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
