Respondent Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondent for his wilful and intentional disobedience of the non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 24.01.2024 in W.P.No.28969 of 2022.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 24.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.28969 of 2022, thereby directing the respondent to publish the result

of the petitioner in the written examination to the post of Sub Inspector of Fisheries forthwith. If the petitioner is in the zone of consideration to appoint as Sub Inspector of Fisheries, the respondent is directed to proceed with her appointment under 40% of non Bachelor of Fisheries of Science quota. 2.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent published the result of the petitioner in the written examination to the post of Sub Inspector of Fisheries. The petitioner is not coming under the zone of selection to the post of Sub Inspector of Fisheries.

Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
