The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 30 days in filing this criminal appeal against the order of acquittal of the respondent dated 10.10.2018 made in Crl.A.No.68 of 2018 on the file of the I Additional District Judge, Salem.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the criminal appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
