Contempt Petition No.2433 of 2024 M.DHANDAPANI,J.

pri 2.This Court vide order dated 23.06.2022 made in W.P.No.2060 of 2017 permitted the other legal heirs of Selvanayagam/ petitioner's Father to file fresh application and issued direction to the respondent to consider the said application and to pass appropriate orders within a time frame, pursuant to which, the respondent has passed order on 22.08.2024.

3.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed.
