ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 11.08.2022 passed in W.P.No.7332 of 2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent/contemnor submitted that, the order under contempt has been complied with vide Proc.No.560/2025/D2/I/330431/2025 dated 31.07.2025 and he has also produced a copy of the same before this Court.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Court is of the view that there is no wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent/contemnor.
