ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to permit Petitioner's daughter to surrender before the learned Juvenile Board, Tiruvannamalai, Tiruvannamalai District, and order the Petitioner's daughter namely Sneha @ Renuga to release bail on the own bond to in Crime No.857/2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Chengam Police Station, Chengam, Tiruvannamalai District.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the undertaking given by the petitioner, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner's daughter is directed to appear before the learned Juvenile Board, Tiruvannamalai, Tiruvannamalai District, within a period of two weeks from today and to file a bail petition. The learned Juvenile Board, Tiruvannamalai, Tiruvannamalai District is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.

4.Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
